The pressure to fit in, get ahead, and grow-up is an ever increasing challenge for today’s youth. Problems never faced by parents are overwhelming our kids- no matter what their background, location, or intelligence. The Program is focused on developing effective daily living skills, enhancing self-confidence, and creating a lifelong method to achieve maximum results. The skills developed and insights gained from the Leadership Program parallel similar programs used in our Adult Seminars. This is a gift of insights you can give during their teenage years rather than through “hard” experience.
The Teen Leadership Program enters around self awareness, choice/responsiblity, confidence, and creating working relationships with family, teachers, and friends. There will be opportunities to risk, and break-through limiting beliefs and behaviours.
Unlike the ordinary classroom setting, Teen Leadership is a highly interactive experience which challenges teens to risk and have fun. Learning requires engagement, not observation. The students are presented with a series of games and processes to create an experience for learning. The environment is anything but boring. The teens will be highly interactive during the day. While the hours seem long, the time passes with extraordinary quickly.
Indoor exercises are combined with outdoor activities, including a full day on the ropes course through both high and low events.
